This vintage Sleeveless party tea dress is just amazing. What a statement you would make learning this to a tea party or a summer garden party. The dress is in fair condition. There is some damage to the under crinoline slip. However it does not detract from the dress. There is a small tear on the front of the dress. On the upper part of the black part of the dress there appears to be fabric runs or moth holes.
